Dalugo Psychology is located in the Lifestyle Working Building, a private, calm and welcoming space in the heart of Brookvale, right next to Warringah Mall.
The Lifestyle Building has a relaxed, community feel – with a great café on the ground floor, comfortable reading and relaxation pods, and full accessibility throughout.

Visitors can enjoy 45 free parking spaces in the building’s undercover carpark. Disability-accessible parking spaces are also available.
Public Transport
Dalugo Psychology is connected by local buses and very close to Warringah Mall, making it very easy to reach whether you’re driving or utilising public transport.

If you’re not local to the northern beaches, or if you prefer the convenience of online sessions, I also provide secure video consultations Australia wide. This allows for ultra-convenience and the ability to access therapy from the place that works best for you.
